I’m so sorry I’ve been pretty absent lately. Summer school has been a lot tougher than I expected, but I’m learning so much so it’s somewhat exciting.

Sorry this has taken me a while to respond but after some digging I’ve figured out that the woman that creates these dresses is a custom designer in the Philippines. Her name is Veluz Reyes. and her blog is here. I hope this helps! :)
